Hoisin Pork & Snap Pea Stir-Fry

    Wash and dry produce. Thinly slice mini cucumbers . Dice onion . Remove strings from sugar snap peas .
    mini cucumbers: 4 unit (thinly sliced), onion: 2 unit (diced), sugar snap peas: 8 unit

    In a medium bowl , combine sesame seeds , ponzu sauce , rice wine vinegar , sugar , salt , and as many Korean chili flakes as you like. (TIP: Start with a small pinch of chili flakes and add more to taste.) Refrigerate until ready to serve. In a small bowl , combine mayonnaise and sriracha to taste.

    Pat pork chops dry with paper towels, then very thinly slice crosswise. Drizzle cooking oil into a hot large pan . Add garlic powder , and cook, stirring occasionally, with the pork, onion, and snap peas until cooked through and tender, ⏱️ 4-6 minutes . Remove from heat and stir in hoisin sauce and sweet soy glaze and water .

    Massage microwavable rice to break up grains, then microwave until warmed through, ⏱️ 90 seconds . Divide rice into shallow bowls; top with the stir-fry and drizzle with sriracha mayo (from step 2). Sprinkle cilantro amout cilantro and serve with pickled cucumbers on the side.
