2In a medium bowl , combine sesame seeds , ponzu sauce , rice wine vinegar , sugar , salt , and as many Korean chili flakes as you like. 3Pat pork chops dry with paper towels, then very thinly slice crosswise. Drizzle cooking oil into a hot large pan . Add garlic powder , and cook, stirring occasionally, with the pork, onion, and snap peas until cooked through and tender, ⏱️ 4-6 minutes .
